Dr. K. JAYASUDHA
M.E., Ph.D., MISTE
Head of the Department (i/c) - Civil Engineering
Dr. K.Jayasudha is currently serving as the Head of the Department, Civil Engineering. She is responsible for overseeing the academic activities, administrative responsibilities, and overall achievements of the Department of Science and Humanities. She is a dedicated teaching professional with over 12 years of academic experience.
She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2006 from Annamalai University, completed her Postgraduate degree in 2008 from the Department of Structural Engineering, Annamalai University and she was also awarded her Ph.D in Structural Engineering in 2019 from Annamalai University.
Her area of interest are Design of Reinforced Concrete, Prestressed Concrete Structures, Structural Analysis, Strength of Materials, Concrete Technology and Airports.
She has authored more than 10 technical articles published in Scopus Indexed and UGC Indexed international journals and conferences and also se has published a book chapter in international Publication. She has Organised and Conducted the National Level Workshops, Seminars, symposiums and also organised a Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs).
She is also a Life Member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). She has also acted as a External Audit Expert in IQAC and She has a keynote speaker in Seminars and webinars.
