Grievances-Cum-Redressal Committee

Student and Staff Grievances Resolution

The following faculty members and students are appointed as members of the Grievance and Redressal Cell Committee for the academic year 2023-2024 for a period of one year. They will carry out duties like solving grievance expressed by the students, faculties and staff in the campus in person, in writing or through online.

Committee Functions

  • Receive and address grievances from students, faculty, and staff members
  • Provide a platform for free and fair expression of concerns
  • Investigate grievances in a transparent and impartial manner
  • Recommend appropriate solutions and follow up on implementation
  • Maintain confidentiality of complainants and related matters
  • Ensure timely resolution of grievances as per prescribed timelines
  • Submit periodic reports to the management on grievance resolution

Resolution Process

  • Submission: Grievance received through any channel
  • Acknowledgment: Immediate acknowledgment within 24 hours
  • Investigation: Committee reviews and investigates the matter
  • Hearing: Hearing scheduled if required (within 7 days)
  • Resolution: Committee recommends appropriate resolution
  • Implementation: Management implements the recommendations
  • Feedback: Complainant informed about action taken
