Committee Functions
- Receive and address grievances from students, faculty, and staff members
- Provide a platform for free and fair expression of concerns
- Investigate grievances in a transparent and impartial manner
- Recommend appropriate solutions and follow up on implementation
- Maintain confidentiality of complainants and related matters
- Ensure timely resolution of grievances as per prescribed timelines
- Submit periodic reports to the management on grievance resolution

Resolution Process

- Resolution: Committee recommends appropriate resolution
- Implementation: Management implements the recommendations
- Feedback: Complainant informed about action taken
