The committee is constituted to look into the welfare and safety of all women in the campus. All the girl students, women faculty, women staff and women non-teaching staff can freely express their inconvenience in the work place. Any harassment from both men and women can be addressed to the committee.
The names of such girls/women will be kept confidential and will not be revealed in any circumstances. They can make use of the complaint box or on-line grievances portal to lodge any type of complaints.

Functions and Responsibilities
- Receive and address complaints related to sexual harassment at workplace
- Provide a safe and confidential environment for women to report grievances

- Recommend appropriate action to the management based on inquiry findings
- Maintain strict confidentiality of complainants and witnesses
- Organize awareness programs on prevention of sexual harassment
- Monitor and review compliance with POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) guidelines

- Online Portal: Through the institute's grievance portal
- Direct Contact: To any committee member in person
- Email: Through official email channels
- Written Complaint: Submitted in sealed envelope to committee office
Confidentiality Assurance: All complaints are handled with utmost confidentiality. The identity of the complainant will not be disclosed under any circumstances.
